A forward-built blend, with an annual pre-launch history re-fit on the current model.
A geometric blend of two components, each measured against launch: assessed value (the median published valuation for the OKN Nigeria universe) and market activity (its trailing-12-month transaction count), weighted 0.5/0.5. The assessed-value component updates as valuations are refreshed and coverage grows. Points before launch are annual and re-fit on the current valuation model, so a year with too few sales to clear the guards is shown as a gap; the live series accretes one point per month.
